If you have trouble connecting to any of these apps or services, try these steps:

Check the system status page
Check to see if a service is down in your nation or region.


Make sure that your device is connected to the internet
Connect to any website using any web browser. Use a different device connected to the same network to test whether it can access any websites if nothing loads. Turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it back on to reset it if no other devices can connect to the internet.


Contact your internet service provider for extra assistance if you are still unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Ask for assistance with Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, or Mac if just your first device is having trouble connecting to the internet.

Make sure that the app you’re using has cellular data enabled if you connect to the internet on your iPhone or iPad via cellular connection. Open the Settings app, select Cellular, and then enable Cellular Data to accomplish this.


Update your software
Update the software on your Apple device to the most recent version, whether it be iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, or watchOS. then make another connection attempt.


Check the date and time
Ensure that your device’s date and time are set appropriately for your time zone. Update the time and date if necessary, or enable the automatic time and date setting option.

Using your iPad or iPhone: Launch the Settings app. Then select Date & Time under General. Find out more about time and date.

Using a Mac: Click General in System Settings before selecting Date & Time. Or select Date & Time from System Preferences after opening it.

Using Apple TV: To find the date and time, go to Settings > General.
